It is a one level 1485 sqft house gable roof and small front porch.

I have a double level garage that is pretty new and has about 750 sq feet of living space.  

The land is leveled and ready to be built on.

On a personal level, I thought Bigger Pockets would be a great place to join to help myself network with others in the real estate community, and hopefully ultimately find a stable and rewarding career in which I can put my current talents to use, and acquire new ones as well.  

Business credit alone is very difficult to establish at the level bank lenders need for you not to sign personally Account Closed. 

If a seller tells you information that doesn't check out, you know that you need to dig deeper and usually the deeper you dig, the quicker you find out if you can trust the person or not.
