I am still debating getting my hands dirty and building my character.

My wife and I just had this debate.  

The legality of that is debated but if you are sending one at a time (Even through a program like lead sherpa) and are not selling anything (you should be buying something right?)

I have done my best to do so here.I apologize for hi-jacking the original post and turning it into a debate over due diligence and disclosure, but I think that the information is relevant and beneficial to the OP.  

But you are Fed SEC registered.If your deal offers equity not a interest / term baring note, you have jumped straight to Private Placement Memorandum time, no debate.  

I am sure it will spur a great debate.  

I am planning to do the regular background check and credit report, but was debating how I should make the judgement if they are qualified for the income requirement.

Apparently there is a big debate among wholesalers about whether or not to disclose the end buyer/assignment when you first meet with the buyer.
