Building more homes is the right idea, but will take years to implement and there are many issues to overcome: we don't even have the labor. 

Now what will be the plan after they move out ( if they decide to) is probably lease to a medical corps too since the close proximity to the big hospital.

Suzette,Stay away from any company that offers you a Loan modification or a foreclosure "Audit" and what ever new name they call it now a days.

I am considering purchasing a sober living house in Georgetown, DE.

FYI: most cities won't allow a tenant to live in a basement, but they don't care that an owner lives in it.
