Here is what I know and I'll post pictures soon as he is going to email them.2/1 12x70Needs floor work in kitchen and living room, outer pane of glass broke in kitchen causing leak, roof needs new coat of Cool Seal (3yrs since done), leak in roof caused floor damage in living room before seal was done, LR and Hall carpet cleaned/replaced, will Not come with heat/air, will Not come with appliances.I will have to move the property because they purchased a new MH.

I've only done 1 SmartKey lock -- it was more expensive, and I figured it was more cost effective to get lock sets for $15 (2 deadbolts, 2 handles, all matching keys) then if I need to change one out, I just cycle them to a different property.No one knows that they've been used before and at what property but me.

A comparable dwelling unit:• Is constructed in accordance with the standards of chapter 4 of the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code as such Code (including supplements) was in effect on January 1, 2006,• Has air conditioners with a Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 13, measured in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 430.23(m), and• Has heat pumps with a SEER of 13 and a Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) of 7.7, measured in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 430.23(m).All of our AC and heating units are SEER rated 13 or higher, and I found the construction codes for the IECC chapter 4 and in reading them we appear to meet all of those requirements.
