(i have sent a request online and havent heard from anybody) so i will make a personal visit and gain some info to see what they can offer me and teach me.GOAL: learn what i need to do to set up business as an LLC and if I can get funding for the land through any of these programs, at any rate these programs can point me in another productive direction or agency that will be more helpfulDREAM#2 my $25 ,000 NEED to purchase business land for wild food businesswhat CAN i do today?....

Also we go across the street afterwards to "The Local" and have a beer, coke, food and talk real estate.

The people who were renting out the side I'm going to be renovating/occupying left a bunch of stuff in it; couches, mattress, food in the fridge, trash in various places, etc.

It had to be rationed out through a custodian to make sure all bills, expenses, food etc was covered)Such was the case of, lets call her “Marta”.Mid forties, “Marta” was an interesting individual, well known in this area for her unusual antics.

So after research a FHA loan looked like my plan.Another food for thought.

I have decided to sell my land that i was goin to do that to. only because i do NOT know how to get the cash to accomplish it and i do have a business that is taking off and i  need to go with it. cause it can make me $60 G in one month. anyway, i am still intrigued with the tiny house homestead idea.. maybe on an offgrid organic farm; to go along with my wild food plant business.  

(but because of what i do (my other business is in wild food plants) they would go hand in hand. and may compliment one another.
