Madrid have become the number one City in terms of income and investors since for the last 25 years investor friendly goverments in the region had atracted the bigger companies of the world to invest in the city.

Most cost segregation study companies provide the quote for free. 

One good way to find out is to call the company that your mortgage is through and find out if your loan is assumable and if it is, what terms does the buyer have to satisfy to assume it!

I recently got one from www.bestfinance.io/heloc/, they offered many options that other companies did not.

Commercial RE is on deep recession, some financial company like regionals are collapsing.

A drilling company should be able to tell you.I would be very curious as to why the city/town is cutting off water.

Also many PM companies do not allow applications provided to tenant to be re-used.
