I stand to collect a significant windfall in early 2019, and I am contemplating how best to put the money to work.

As mentioned there are a lot of resources here on BP.

If you don't want to think about it and would rather have the structure of the lender collecting the money each month for you, then now would be a good opportunity to set up the impound account.

It looks like a collective amount of garbage around the outside and has maybe $60,000 in repair cost, and the ARV is about $200,000 but I don’t know how to factor in the code violations!

Also, I am starting to notice how resourceful BiggerPocket is and I'll definitely continue to explore through the website.Thanks again!
