@Enyi AjokuNot sure what your lease states 1. but In Colorado I have a no smoking addendum which states “no smoking in or around premises including but not limited to cigarettes, hookah, incense, marijuana, etc. any evidence of such are grounds for immediate eviction, loss of held funds and liability for damages.2.

I am moving to Colorado and am not sure what location yet.

How often do you bring on additional writers/creators?

Does the construction need to be completed and a CO issued before the proceeds can be used?

@Randall Re IIAnother one I see is co-insurance where owners under insure the value then have a claim and realize they get very little because they underinsured the property.

I have been in that situation as a Broker way back in the early 90s and try to get 10 to 20 co beneficiaries to agree to anything is pretty tough. 

Especially realizing how it can be an awesome wealth creator.
