Its been over 3 months since they supposedly sent in the plans for approval with the City of LA and we have yet to even SEE the plans they submitted.

Generally for fix and flip, we put this activity into an LLC that might be taxed as an S Corp depending on profitability.Rentals are usually put into separate LLCs depending on the state.

Rentals have also shot up like crazy so I anticipate much more as the years go.I have been studying BRRRR and leveraging debt but this case is different.Would it be in my best interest to pay back the loan asap or just make the monthly payments and start saving my extra cash for my first BRRRR in the states.

You need a short sale approval letter from the first addressing this particular sale, and if the second has agreed to move their lien, they should be providing a lien release letter, or a letter stating they will be releasing the lien at close.
