Just had heard about it so maybe you would be interested.In addition Justin above hosted his quarterly networking event last month at a project he had just finished in Reading, and told me that he will try to do that again for some of the future meetings.The NEREIA in Chelmsford had some members host a meeting at a finished project in Lowell Last summer/fall.The Boston AREIA has had no less than 3 different events in the past year or so where members let people come and look at projects and answered questions and stuff about them.A very successful local investor has a couple of times the last few years done a "Bus Tour" where he brought people out to various properties and went though his evaluation process with them.

If I tape a letter to a tenants door (for 30 day notice, or other important communication like "please do not store anything in basement during summer season") and photographing it on the door just far enough to be able to identify the house, does that hold legal ground?
