I was getting frustrated with "blanket loans" & restriction from conforming loans ie loans that Fannie could purchase.  

If there's been too much tenant turnover maybe the alternative would be to tighten up on the length of leases or if it's the moving trucks every weekend restrict move ins/outs to business hours.  

I'm about to start my first direct marketing campaign in Channelview (Houston) Texas, and I wanted to know how other Houston wholesalers have found buyers for their properties.

Then I tried for 6 months a mailing campaign that netted nothing.

Hi Guys,   I came across a property in a active adult community where 80% units are for 55+ and the 20% are with no age restrictions. me and my wife are in early 30's.

Am I restricted to making offers only in CA?  

And I have done so, without asking for extra compensation.I do not use any company resources, not even the browsers as those are restricted and even email cannot be accessed.

I have campaign that way.

You've got your summers off since you're a student so you offer to help with a rehab deal, or do paper work, address and mail marketing campaigns, go door knocking for a Realtor to get leads.
