It's a win - win!

If you win a bid they take a deposit out of your funds on hold and you have to wire in the rest of the purchase price pronto.

Any other bonuses like bookkeeping or quick books training is a plus but not required.

She thought it was anyone who wants to sell a house and it has not sold yet.For me I see a Motivated Seller as someone who I can help in a Win Win situation.

Obviously, I don't want to bid/win property to find out I owe lots of money on past liens.

We also got closing costs covered which I can't help but think was partly the sellers agent trying to push through the deal to get that extra bonus.
