I am still checking different guys out but am seriously considering doing something with Micheal Blank, J Massey, Rod Khleif or Brad Sumrok.  

I would list for $160 a night during the summer (more for special occasions like the Pope’s visit) and around $90 during other months.

I have tried to do this on a few occasions when my appraisals also came in lower than the offer price.

As I’ve noticed the same people at the apt on several occasions I’ve asked if she has anyone else living there.

I have used Accurate Title on many occasions.

I look at the MLS listings for multi-families in Springfield on occasion.
