Looking to figure out a next buy, educating myself as much/quickly as I can, networking, and working on getting my real estate license as a way to get more knowledgeable and perhaps open some additional doors (I think I found BG googling pros and cons of getting a license as a way to progress as an investor).

I'm starting this post as a constant reminder to myself, that I WILL get that first deal done, and as a tracker of my progress.

Wholesaling seems like a natural progression Negotiating is fun and construction can be maddening at times.

Nothing wrong with that but they should have been upfront with you on the rehab progress so that you could perform an inspection once the rehab was completed.

@Jamal Okon What progress did you make in your hunt for attys that do these in MD?

that depends on the builder... if they did a good job, that's probably the only one that will occur. talk to the neighbors and i bet they have the same cracks. ask them if it leaks.dont finish the basement. the ROI is not worth it unless you have done the numbers.

So what I am going to do is take a look at it a year from now and see how that progress is going.

I seriously doubt a judge would remove someone from title simply because they couldn't be served.If there is animosity between the two, then the best bet would be for You to find the girl friend, as a neutral third party, bearing gifts.

Frankly I'm a bit jealous.The best way to learn a language is to just dive right and get wet; I'm willing to bet learning facets of real estate is no different.
