Is it recommended to use a management software?

Any websites, programs, apps or software you actually use and think is GREAT?

Hi All - my property manager's web portal is built on rentmanager.com's software. 

What other software to skip trace the seller/owner that’d you recommend?

There is some user friendly software out there that can assist with 1099's.

After looking at Appfolio and couple of other softwares to manage my properties, I came to the conclusion that they're too over complicated for my needs.

My lender requested an audit trail for every transaction greater than 1% of the purchase price of the property (e.g. all transactions with value greater than $840,000 * 0.01 = $8,400).
