What flooring is best for a rental- I don't mean cheapest or most attractive or even easiest to install- I want something that's going to last, something that is 'tenant proof' as far as damage.

So the BRRR there isn't AS attractive to me.It's hard for me to imagine a market with a good employment base not at least keeping pace with inflation.

You will not attract the best tenants.I turn away a lot of renters who contact me explain how they have the best pet, so I agree, it makes it more difficult.

To be sucessfull it has to be nice , near a point of interest or an attraction ( like a theme park or the ocean )    Want to see a real operation check out Ocean Lakes campground in Myrtle Beach SC .
