You will want to give them a short run down and your contact info and they will forward it to there people, obviously people that have money don't want to have their info randomly given out.5.

In short, if you went to sell the note the price you get would be lower.

Inform the person that it may be short term as u are looking to eventually sell.

Now you now that you can get the loan and you should have an idea of how long it will take to get that loan to fund and you can find someone who does Bridge Loans this is generally a private party that charges a flat rate for a short term loan.  

At the moment, I'm looking for ways to break into the BRRR cycle in this Seller's market, leaning toward low overhead properties with Short Term Rental potential - particularly near Ybor City and TPA airport. 

I'm looking for a short sale attorney who can work based off of incentives as opposed to just flat fees
