I think real estate sales is a great career and I like the idea of getting in part time to learn and grow so I’d encourage you to give it a shot.

It allows you to cash flow more monthly which in turns allows you to save up for the next deal quicker and growing your portfolio faster... 

after seeing hendersonville grow to the point of pushinginto gallatin, im really considering maybe developing a small community of shipping container apartments/townhomes, and renting them out.

I feel as though this should set me up very well for my retirement years but I have been looking into ways to help me retire early, maybe around the age of 40.
