Hey everyone, in case you haven't heard, today on the BiggerPockets Podcast we sat down with real estate investor and author Ken McElroy (Author of two of my favorite real estate books The ABC’s of Real Estate Investing and The Advanced Guide to Real Estate Investing ) to talk about getting started with real estate investing and the path that Ken took to get from nothing to where is is today.

This way they are paying rent in advance as it should be and not for the past month.

The bigger issue was on the servicing and guaranteeing payments, we advanced payments as required and ten collected payments due.

Seller's know way in advance before a sale/foreclosure date is set.To get a call from them a week before the foreclosure date is almost certain doom.
