If you are going the Excel route, Microsoft does offer a few free Gantt templates in Excel (open Excel, File -> New)Otherwise, Microsoft has a project scheduling tool called MS Project, but there are also web-based Gantt Scheduling tools like TeamGantt, Gantter, Trello, Asana, FlipperForce, the list goes on and on...

There are great web-based services making PMs irrelevant.  

It basically just scours the web for similar content and then combines them into cohesive sentences with natural language processing.It's not actually generating any 'new' advice, it's just synthesizing the content that's been viewed and re-viewed on the web. i.e chatGPT has never actually built a $100m business, and its production database  (information leading up to EOY 2021 that is labeled "success, 100m, real estate investing, business") may not be the best guide for success in 2023 and beyond.Also the prime problem with non-technical 'influencers' like alex hormozi reviewing chatGPT is that he actually has no clue how the algorithm was built, how the models were trained, how applicable its results are over time, and what the model's limitations are.

I think your best bet would be to house hack your way to 4 properties and then take a "mini" retirement which would allow you to take 6 months off and possibly knock 10-12 countries off your list on one big trip.  

Again, Alhambra as a whole is a safe bet to invest in as long as you're familiar with it's pockets, the demographic buyer expectations and rehabbers budgets (obviously), as long as the correct price was paid before rehab you should be fine.
