hey Kaleb,since the glue down doesn't lock in place, it's easier to replace a damage piece in the middle of the floor vs having to disconnect the interconnected pieces back to the wall.

The plumber went to the property and encountered an issue where he too couldn’t access the stack line and found no outside clean out and said to gain access to vent he would likely have to make cutouts in the wall between the bathroom and the adjacent bedroom.

Every home is so different and a couple of large expenses like replacing a Roof, HVAC system, foundation work, removing a couple of walls and etc. would probably throw that out of whack.
