Hey Everyone,After watching and listening to many weeks of podcast and videos I'm ready and excited to jump in to wholesaling and want to network with other investors in my local area but have seen anything posted about our area.If anyone has any info I would greatly appreciate it.

Try to find additional ways to make money whether its starting your own business or just working another job - Once you have enough for a deposit and high enough earnings the banks will give you a mortgage to get in the game and by then hopefully you'll have put effort into studying real estate strategy so you'll do great.

One person asked us if we had club seats when we invited them to a football game the other day (we don't) and a few weeks ago during a play date a friend asked us how much money we make (ridiculous). 

I've been watching lots of videos and one company has contacted me to sell us a training program with 3 options; 1 is for $7999.00, 1 for $10,999.00 and 1 for $13,999.00 . 

There is also no need to get into the investment game if you don’t like it or are not ready for it.
