Student of the game, anybody wholesaling in Florida??

I have been studying real estate off and on for  the past 2 years. I’m to the point now where I just want to settle down and give real estate all I have. I’ve listened to every episode of BiggerPockets twice, in the past 2 years I’ve read more books than I’ve every read in my life! I think I want to jump In wholesaling just to build my capital. I’m asking for any tips or any advice please! Or even words of encouragement! Thanks in advance!!!
