Question about refinancing a syndicated deal.Goal: I want to start syndicating self storage facilities.

 ( I have to pay for storage of his stuff here for a time, grrr)Question:  can I fast track this and some how kick out the strangers that are not on the lease, and if so, how, without breaking the law?

I started with the purchase of a small, (16 unit) trailer park and have added a small mini storage unit, (1 building, 19 units) and 5 SFR's as well as an additional 10 mobile homes.

have not pulled the trigger, but have cahrged my two renters a lesser monthly rate to leave there items in the condo for storage and renting out my daughters room to a girl taking summer classes.

Long-term, I have bigger dreams of potentially owning apartments and possibly even storage units.

Is there any contractor here that knows how to deal with my regular water damage in my storages.

All contracts, options, or other devices not based upon a substantial consideration, or that are otherwise employed to permit an unlicensed person to sell, lease, or let real estate, the beneficial title to which has not, in good faith, passed to such party for a substantial consideration, are hereby declared void and ineffective in all cases, suits, or proceedings had or taken under this chapter; however, this section shall not apply to irrevocable gifts, to unconditional contracts to purchase, or to options based upon a substantial consideration actually paid and not subject to any agreements to return or right of return reserved.

If this sale is that important to not to  lose,, beg, help her move, put stuff in storage,, get a temp hotel, and pay her,, to get out ASAP meaning like 3 to 5 days. the good news would be she could stay with family if someone is near by.. 

Doesn't seem to be the self-licking-ice cream cone that storage units are but maybe something that the rental fees could continuously pay for the management company, repairs, etc.
