On the amount of increases, I look at the market, but 5% seldom shocks anyone into packing up right away (but look at market, as they will be too).

I recently had great success in selling an RV park using LinkedIn groups.

I divorced two years ago and have saved while living in an RV and am ready to break out and get things done but I can't shake the feeling of possibly being "out of my lane".

I have a bit of a conundrum here..........im in talks with an owner of a fairly new RV park to purchase his property and not sure how to put a value on it.

Here are a couple considerations you might consider when renting a home with a pool: Maintenance - our recommendation is to pack the monthly service into the rent because (similar to lawn service), if a tenant fails to properly maintain it correctly it could lead to over taxing your equipment, getting pool water out of balance and potentially require a costly drain and refill at turnover.Fencing - I would check with your local jurisdiction and maybe also your local apartment association and attorney, in order to determine whether or not you have a legal requirement to fence your pool when renting it out to the public.

I follow Anton Mattley a longtime investor out of Switzerland originally who has decades of Multifamily experience mostly on the commercial finance side of things.Also I believe owner finance, mobile homes & self storage will lead the pack during, through & after this economic calamity & align closely with Frank Rolfe & Jeremy Roll.

He already had a recent re-roof quote in hand that stated re-roof costs for the whole pack of 4 units.
