If I invest a multifamily through a Roth IRA, will I still receive the same tax benefits as I would with personal cash when I file my tax return?

I am wanting to leave my day job and replace it with a job that will give me good experience that can be applied to investing.

$49 is a good price....much more than that for a national course in my opinion is a waste of money. 

Hey @Phae Elam - In my opinion, your attorney is more important than the title company. 

Still wrapping my head around this - but it is complex and not sure how banks deal with this when you try to refinance. - do nothing, hold in personal name but ensure you have sufficient Umbrella coverage.Do you use one of the above?

They are are not lenders they say they will close your loan and act as lenders they kept my deposit and sent me to other brokers They are fake with no credentials they are a scam

When applying for new loans at least from my experience its never been an issue with any of our clients getting a Heloc on primary then converting that primary into a rental.
