@Harrison Elenowitz Good Morning, I see two questions in your post so I tried to answer each of them.

Good morning everyone!

Like everyone else, our life looks quite a bit different now; working from home, limiting our trips out of the house, and just generally debating what the future holds.

Last night one of the other tenants call me at 4 in the morning that they were making excessive noise and they broke a window.

Yesterday morning, I was planning on having an easy week working on my business in Brooklyn.By yesterday afternoon, I realized I needed to fly down to South Carolina to look at deals.Today, I boarded the early flight to Charlotte, drove down to the Greenville/Spartanburg area, stopped in at the two deals we own down here, spoke to our property management firm, viewed three deals, met with brokers, revised an offer on one deal tonight, and in the process of revising another.  

Weak space heaters so you won't blow a fuse or trip a breaker (which  I hope you have breakers) is not going to get the space to the 68 degrees that you are required  in most areas to be able to  heat to for a tenant.

If it's ever just me, it's either early in the morning (8AM)  or lunch time, never past 3pm, just b/c realistically, if something did happen there would activity of people coming home from work.    

It really seems to be just some sort of power trip thing, where they just like to bully people. 

Somebody is in trouble  in the morning  . 

Today is my first day of changing my morning routine to be more beneficial to my entire persona.
