At 60 years of age, I imagine myself holding a pile of deeds, not a mountain of new loans.

Additionally, I would imagine you would not be able to get title insurance w/o a proper title search.

So imagine I do it 20 times to really drive the point home.

Imagine the city decides to close the road for renovation for 6 months - think it doesn't happen?

And these are all retail clients so I imagine if contractors can get retail prices, they're less likely to want to do work for investors (who most assume will pay less).

If you convert to electric I imagine they will complain about the cost.

And, I imagine the attorney made it happen, he had to be paid too, so that comes out of that 22/25% I'm guessing (I haven't read all the posts that carefully, I read a long post at the beginning and none of it pertained to the financial transaction, just drama).

I can't imagine doing that in a rental every time someone moves out.
