It also takes less effort to manage, as leases tend to be longer and there's usually no need to deal with turnover between the tenants.

You have to believe you'll succeed or your efforts will be for nothing.

You will be amazed, with some effort, what you can find. many times REO properties, including land, are NOT listed with a real estate broker.

I would always support people who make efforts, work hard and still struggle, but NOT these dumb A** criminals.Yes- getting pepper spray and a tazer!
