Hey Guys new member just joined yesterday and want to hit the ground running...Back story I created a corporation back in 2012 in Georgia and never did anything with it, still active but noncompliant at the moment.Question: Should I move that entity to TX (where I currently reside) and change to LLC or should I start a new entity from scratch? 

Also looking into other states (mainly GA and SC).

Hi everybody,I am a french investor living in France and I already described my story in "bad start in rental experience".I buy houses through a Georgia C-corp to be completly independant from the french tax system.

Look into the Atlanta GA or indy areas.

Due to form of marketing i do, i tend to be getting many land and condo leads, even though i shoot for single family, go figure...Have a lead from Direct Mail for home with 2k tax lien currently in payment plan.2/2 condo in Lithonia, Ga currently rented since last year @550 per month.Seller is asking 15k to close.

I'll be taking the Georgia real estate license exam before the end of the year, and will be starting an internship at a local multifamily investment shop in January. 

Anyone know of any investor friendly  titling companies in the state of GA?
