(Sort of) New to BP - Note Buyer/Realtor in Mount Laurel, NJ

Greetings Fellow BP Investors!

I have a confession to make. I've had a BP account for a while now but haven't used it. I now know what a great resource I'm missing out on so I'm determined to become an active member of the BP community!

That being said, I am a non-performing first position note buyer interested in notes in NJ, FL, TN, GA, SC, TX, and VA. In NJ I prefer to invest in notes where the properties are vacant. Everywhere else I'd like to do loan mods if possible.

I'm also a licensed real estate agent with Redfin. I've been licensed in NJ for just over a year now and I just passed my PA Real Estate Exam yesterday (woohoo!) so I will be licensed in PA as soon as all the paperwork is processed.

I started out in real estate wholesaling. It was an excellent way to get into investing and now that I have some experience under my belt I am focusing all my energy on buying and selling notes. I look forward to making a lot of connections and taking in as much information as I can here on BP.

Cheers!
