thanks for the replys guys..and when i say "i can do almost everything"i mean when it comes to rehab work..windows,doors,flooring,drywall,ect...really the only thing i don't do is hvac...i even do light electrical...i guess i am really looking for a private investor that would recieve a nice return on their investment...i am sorry if i posted in the wrong place,but i didn't know where else to post.

I would think if you could do things that many do not like to do, or never seem to find the time to do... i.e. phone calls to find out basic information from lenders and title companies etc.
