thanks for the replys guys..and when i say "i can do almost everything"i mean when it comes to rehab work..windows,doors,flooring,drywall,ect...really the only thing i don't do is hvac...i even do light electrical...i guess i am really looking for a private investor that would recieve a nice return on their investment...i am sorry if i posted in the wrong place,but i didn't know where else to post.

If you use the wealth formula that Stanley & Danko use in Millionaire next door ( (Gross Annual income*age)/10= Target Net worth ), they are 30k ahead of where they are supposed to be for their income & age.

because they either know what it is and they just don't do it or do, or they just don't know what it is and need you to break the whole process down for them.

What is important is to have both direct to door advertising (direct mail or flyers) and mass media (bandit signs, newspaper display ads; billboards).
