I will say my firm uses several off the shelf and custom built solutions but that is because of the size of our portfolio.  

I had a budget GC tell me that my 48x48 windows are slightly off of the typical dimensions and will require a custom sized window to replace them.  

To me Memphis Invest has really built itself up as the company to go to if you want to be really really passive, in nice areas and have a company that is customer service focused.

He also makes and sells custom decorated wine bottles and mason lights.  

To me it feels like they want to present a custom solution to my needs instead of trying shove me into something that isn't the right fit.

It's not a job as much as starting a business, and you'll need to invest a fair amount of capital to get it rolling and start bringing customers in.The good is that hours can be very flexible, though to be successful, you'll need to make yourself available on your clients' schedule, whether that be weekends, evenings, etc.

If the house's value rises with inflation-2% ($110) then Brandon has 39.5% equity,   For the bank renewing Brandon's loan makes much more sense than issuing a new 80% loan to another customer.
