Hello, I have an eviction action judgement against a former tenant and wondered if anyone had used a debt collector in the Phoenix area that you would recommend, to help collect the overdue rent and fees outlined in the judgement?

The best course of action is to network and see who you get along with. 

@Joseph Burger my advice is to keep it simple and take action as soon as you can.

I have read several real estate investing books and listen to a lot of bigger pockets podcasts but am still new and fairly inexperienced to real estate investing and realize that taking action is the key. 

My next plan of action is to offer the investment company to buy it from them.
