i think New York is the best place to have some property as it's a real investment, though the prices are higher in NY, but you can be sure that they will never get very low.

I can't even look at their top level main page.They have my credit card number because I listed a property in the state of New York with them.I bought a three month Premium listing.The have kept charging me while I can't cancel, and can't even access my account to see what they hell they are doing.Don't ever give them your credit card number.

I'm an ace at finding deals just to have someones else beat me to the punch to the closing because they have the right finacing.If you know of a lender with national reach or one that lends in Conneticut and New York, I'd be thankfull for the info.
