I’m 3rd generation owner, inherited recently and I’m still working on updating management and operations.

My portal has payment being processed and I got my approved letter emailed the other day to me but my portal started haven’t updated to payment been paid anyone have insight on this

It was nicely updated, priced right, and it received multiple offers within 5 days of listing; we waived mortgage/inspection contingencies with closing date on 9/14/21.

I looked like it just needed some new paint to update it. 

I bought my first property in Pensacola, FL because I was renting a house for $1500/month and I realized I could purchase a larger, newer, more updated home in the same neighborhood and have a $1100/month mortgage payment.

On the bad side, Wholesaling is a frankly new industry and falsely advertised by gurus as "easy money", most wholesalers are 1man show and work on a deal by deal basis with no structure and without building any long term relationships, part of our focus on convenience is translated by our transaction coordinator, transparency and weekly updates until closing, we provide moving/relocation services, lenders, credit repairs and insurance referrals. 

Once my inherited tenant moves, updating and raising rents.
