Looking to connect in Clairemont

Own and operate about 35 units. Want to connect to other owner/operators and different types of trades people. I have a tiny empty lot to develop, a garage conversion, and major concrete repair to get started. I’m 3rd generation owner, inherited recently and I’m still working on updating management and operations. Also concerned with climate change upgrades I’m going to need to do in the next couple of years. Not interested in Financing of any sort at this time. Facing an exchange shortly.
