Has anyone had success with Tableau for rental property data?

Business growth has been successful way beyond what I imagined but word spreads quick in a small market like ours.

I have few properties I would like to wholesale in the meantime, what is the most successful way to find a buyer.

I get it; we want to model those who are successful, but what about the mediocre deal that get's your foot in the door?
