In today's environment you may want to stress test the deal to see how bad things can get before you break even just to make sure you are conservative enough in your estimates.

I'm not aware of any other personal development books that are as old as Think and Grow Rich but have stood the test of time.

You risk losing the deal if you can't get the people who have to sign on board and if there's a delay in getting in touch with another party you run the risk of them ghosting you.As far as marketing goes, the best advice I can give is to test and measure.
