A .5% post-tax "spread" between highly volatile projected stock market returns, and the guarantee of a 7% return (by not having a mortgage payment) just makes no sense, to me. 

Looking to off-load maintenance requests by hiring companies, just wondering if anyone have experienced with the companies I mentioned above?

There is a right way and a wrong way to do a LLC, 99% follow the herd on biggerpockets and think they are "protected" by doing this but all it seems like they are doing is throwing money away by making life harder for themJust my non legal 2 cents on this.

Good morning, has anyone ever had any success with soundproofing between side by side duplexes.

Depending on the season we either turn them down or accept them. 

Would artificial grass be considered a negative by renters - i.e. too tacky or 'low-rent' in a fairly high rent rental?
