PULL THE TRIGGER!

To break through and get on the short list you have to convince them you are serious about the market and able to pull the trigger.

As many will say the first deal is the hardest to pull the trigger on.

We've been building a team and looking in that market for a year or so - have not been able to pull the trigger on something there quite yet but we're close and have a good start to a team.

Looking for an awesome GC, Title company, Real Estate Lawyer, and private money recommendation so I can be ready to pull the trigger on a wholesale deal.

Just trying to get my head in the right place, as well as my expectations.Once we're there, we might rent for a while just to get more familiar with the neighborhoods before we pull the trigger..

A price reduction would defer their tax liability where paying buyer closing costs would most likely classify as "Non Exchange Expense" and therefore potentially trigger some liability.
