is online banking a good choice ?

My wife and I are looking at our 1st purchase in our farm area of choice. 

However, you would have to pay taxes later if it is a traditional IRA.

I would like to start studying the materials now so that I can take the exam as soon as I return to Louisiana.I have seen some approved per-licensing on the LREC website, but I am curious if anyone has taken this route and if so, what the best choice would be for me.ThanksBrian

One option of course is eviction with the aid of an attorney and the courts... emphasize this is a bad choice for him (which it is) and no action means that the family will pursue that option.

I am a confident person who is comfortable taking risk but I guess I am still new and I sometimes hope that I am making good choices for my family with both our time and money. 

Scott's book on flipping houses and he specifically speaks to this as being something lacking with most traditional Realtors.
