How I do this is I have found at least 3 good sub contractors of each trade that have PROVEN they can do a good job.

I have some experience doing the mechanics of buying and selling,  but I'm excited to learn the business side of the trade.

In your scenario @Michael Fanoni, you are/were NOT a contractor, you are simply a broker of tradesperson, someone that knows someone who does the trade, and then simply performed an Unlicensed Activity, you were not in any shape or form a contractor.
