Fool Proof Inspections
What are the most common things that a home inspector misses and is there any recourse you can take after they did not provide you with the correct information?
Ex: An inspector missed that the place has a bad electrical system, I buy the house and now need to fix it. Can I go back to him with any course of action or are you just stuck?
