I checked with the city and they don't see any problems with that approach (as long the lot is left neat (no debris, trash, etc.)). 

In my experience going with this pointed approach means you have a broker on your team with intimate knowledge of that asset class & a deep network to boot.

Also, for stuff on the MLS, should I just approach the listing agent and ask them to represent me as well for a discount?

When I got the appraisal, there was a page that included the income approach and it said it would appraise for $325k.  

Does anyone have a template for a letter such as this that you'd be willing to share, or a suggestion for approaching these folks? 

My approach would be to pay minimum on student loans and put everything else in real estate. 

Is there any way to get completed URAR Sales Comparison Approach Section forms?

This house has given us great momentum that we want to keep going and some emotional attachment - so we're uncertain on the best approach with this property that is currently making 9% C/C and has continued to appreciate.

I'm looking for recommendations for general contractors in Or near Parma Ohio for a Rehab.I have Google lists.. but hoping for something more than throwing darts at the wall approach.. any one have good experience with someone they can recommend?
