Because of this it's going to be hard to find a business who does this as it's just not a sustainable business model to do all of that for someone as a regular product offering.

I would hire a Licensed Structural Engineer to investigate and recommend a solution.

The easiest solution is to handle the issue as the home owner.

In the interim, I feel much safer here, and while I am leaving a lot of money on the table I sleep very well at night.It depends on whats driving the trends and whether you believe drivers are sustainable.
