New first investment advice please

So I have watch the podcast for a while. I am 32 and looking to buy my own place. I am wanting to do the BRRR method to become financially free. Only problem is I am actually in Afghanistan. How do I go about doing BRRR if I am not present somewhere? Everyone I contacted that was not interested in helping me with the particulars and so called “turn key” business didn’t care as well. Any advice?
