Now is the time to absorb as much knowledge as you can without the stresses of work or family.

At this point, I am going back and forth...this is stressing me out.

So there has to be some stress in the CMBS realm and those assets..

It will be tons of stress and headache to manage contractors from a distance.

Since they use AppFolio it's easy to click a button and generate reports for each property. 

During entire process she has been helpful but she did create a ton of stress on me on the cash for keys part and now looking back she basically passed the sellers problem on to me and lied on the principle.

@Daliz Colon If I am in your shoe, I will invest in a market that I am familiar with and where I have resources that can make my investment safe and stress free.

If i plan on doing real estate investing full time should i get my llc the reason i dont want to get one is because i can only get commercial loans can someone help me out im a little stressed about this

This has been a pretty stressful embark, so being informed only helps ease my mind. 

My background in medicine as a neurosurgery PA has helped me hone many beneficial traits from study habits and the ability to focus on a task for hours at a time to being comfortable with talking to a person or groups of people in stressful situations and being able to get to the crux of the given situation.
