Filed for eviction and immediately saw feb and March rent deposit in the account ( automatic deposit to my bank account)Late fees (100) and court fees $75 not deposited.Should I continue the eviction or is it valid because the tenant deposited the rent ?

Obviously I prefer not to use all $700k on a 2nd house, if I don't have to, as it will be a good base for other investments or kids' 529 savings.For a $1.5m home, property tax is already $1500 per month, and ~$2k in mortgage interest after 2018 tax laws' deduction - I will be taking the $24k MFJ standard deduction if I don't buy a 2nd home

I've also filed a complaint with the BBB and found similar stories there and in two other placesIt seems that they have served some customers well in the past, but in my case they are only collecting money, and not marketing leads.
