It's a solid strategy.  

So when I listed both units on Craigslist I had somewhere between 30 to 40 showings and through the tenant screening company I used to perform the background check, the employment history, the credit check and so on, I was able to hand pick based on the evidence before me who I'd choose to inhabit the units.  

Just wanted to get some hard evidence about Legal Zoom being a horrible place to set up an LLC.

After the first few it wasnt too bad, I got a great solid lead my first day door knocking, made my offer to him yesterday.

Make sure to have solid goals in place and be ready to go after them.I have seen a lot of people , actually in last 3 months.
